WHEN YOU WRITE
Please include the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Vastward version shown in TestFlight or Settings, what you expected, and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot is welcome.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.
YOUR SAVE
Vastward does not use an account or server save. Deleting the app and its data permanently removes local progress. Offloading the app is different and normally preserves its documents and data.
QUICK ANSWERS
Return to the Home Screen and reopen Vastward. If that does not help, fully close the app, restart the device, and install the newest available build. Include where you were in the voyage if you report the issue.
The ship earns offline production for up to 30 days between sessions. Command Momentum pauses while you are away, while Salvage Drift can bank up to three recharged signals.
After completing the emergency boot and at least one restoration, you may found a new voyage whenever you choose. The preview shows the Echoes you will earn and the progress that will restart before you confirm.
Vastward has no developer-operated cloud save, so I cannot recover a deleted local save. An Apple device backup may restore app data depending on your iOS and backup settings, but that process is controlled by Apple.
Vastward does not yet have a player-facing reset control. To remove all local progress, use Delete App in iOS or iPadOS storage settings, then reinstall. Offload App preserves documents and is not a full reset.
No connection is required for normal gameplay. TestFlight and the App Store need a connection to download or update the app.
Yes. Vastward supports portrait and landscape layouts on iPhone and iPad. If a panel becomes inaccessible after rotating, please send the device model and a screenshot.
